Refund Policy

14-Day Free Trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start the trial, and no charges are made during this period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.

Subscription Charges

After the trial, paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Charges are processed by Paddle.com Inc., our Merchant of Record. Receipts are issued by Paddle and emailed to you immediately after each payment.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting hello@kermo.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access to the Service until then. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refunds

Because cancellation stops billing immediately and prevents future charges, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused time within an active subscription.

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in the following exceptional cases:

  • Service-side technical issue that materially prevented you from using Kermo for an extended period (more than 7 consecutive days within a billing period);
  • Duplicate or fraudulent charge (please report to hello@kermo.app within 30 days);
  • Mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires it.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. By starting to use the Service immediately upon registration, you expressly request the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been provided in full. The 14-day free trial allows you to evaluate the Service without payment.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@kermo.app with:

  • Your account email;
  • The transaction ID from your Paddle receipt;
  • The reason for the refund request.

We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Plan Changes

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund the difference for downgrades.
